Introduction - Aviation Bio
Todd is co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice includes aviation, antitrust and trade regulation, government investigations, and a variety of other business disputes. Todd has represented clients who buy and sell aircraft, as well as aircraft equipment manufacturers in negligence and liability claims. Todd also represents parties with respect to FAA and NTSB matters, including aircraft accidents and regulatory issues.
