Introduction
Jane is a senior paralegal practicing in the banking, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, lending, and nonprofit areas of Fredrikson & Byron and has been employed by the firm since 1982. Jane specializes in bank and bank holding company matters for state and nationally chartered financial institutions and their related entities. She assists with corporate and bank regulatory transactions such as bank charters, bank holding company formation, office relocation, change in control, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, shareholder and board of director matters, and stock offerings. Jane is editor of publications of the firm’s Bank & Finance Group, including Bank Focus, a quarterly newsletter.
