Introduction
Paula is a paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Immigration Group. She possesses a wide range of experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant family and employment-based cases. Paula has extensive knowledge of the employment eligibility verification requirements set for employers by the Department of Homeland Security, and has presented at seminars relating to this topic hosted by the Minnesota Workforce Center.
Paula has over 20 years of experience in a variety of areas in the legal field, almost half of which are in the area of immigration. She also has a unique understanding of the naturalization process having been naturalized as a U.S. citizen.
