Introduction

Lynn is a senior paralegal in the area of estate and trust administration at Fredrikson & Byron. Lynn manages the process for administering simple to complex estates and trusts including valuing assets; sales and transfers; drafting and filing all court documents; preparing estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns; preparing inventory and accounting of assets; and supervising distribution of assets in accordance with the terms of estate planning documents.
