Introduction
Jeannine is a paralegal in the areas of bankruptcy and real estate law.
She assists attorneys and clients with all phases of personal and commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, and workouts. Jeannine prepares bankruptcy petitions and schedules; analyzes creditor claims, liens, and security interests; assists with preference claim defenses; and prepares proofs of claim.
Jeannine provides assistance to the firm’s real estate law attorneys with residential and commercial conveyances; mechanic’s liens; estate planning; probate and trust transfers; family law real estate issues; energy and renewable energy issues; and title clearance actions. Jeannine prepares and analyzes conveyance documents; investigates title matters; and organizes and prepares due diligence materials.
