Introduction
Rachelle is a paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Family Law Group. She assists family law senior paralegals with all phases of marriage dissolutions, including property investigation, income analysis, asset analysis and valuation, non-marital tracing, spousal maintenance and child support/custody issues, trial, and post-decree asset transfers. She also assists with post-dissolution motions, separations, and other family law matters.
Rachelle has a strong background in legal technologies software. She is utilizing that knowledge to assist the family law department in implementing the use of electronic databases and to increase the overall use of available technological resources.
