Introduction
Jon Jackola is a member of the litigation support department at Fredrikson & Byron. His duties include assisting attorneys and paralegals with the use of technology to enhance and automate the process of cases within the litigation department, and firm as a whole. Jon has experience assisting with a variety of cases in business litigation, general class action, intellectual property, patent law, family law, real estate and property tax. His responsibilities have included creating and maintaining databases for document review and productions, processing electronic forms of discovery, as well as the utilization of courtroom technology and presentation software.
Jon understands the importance of streamlining processes at the onset and throughout the life of a case by applying the appropriate use of technology, therefore saving the case team time, and more importantly saving our clients’ money.
