Introduction
Joann is a senior paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Litigation Group. She works primarily in commercial litigation. Joann brings more than 24 years of experience to assisting attorneys with a variety of litigation tasks including case development and investigation, arbitration and trial preparation, drafting of legal documents, and developing and implementing computer technology and personnel support systems for complex case management and presentation.
