Introduction
Lisa is a paralegal in the areas of real estate and family law. She assists Fredrikson & Byron’s real estate attorneys with all aspects of common interest communities; residential development; and commercial acquisitions, financings, and sales, including the analysis and preparation of conveyancing and loan documents; resolution of title and survey matters; due diligence investigation; and coordination of closings.
Lisa assists the firm’s family law attorneys with all phases of marriage dissolutions and legal separations, including property investigations, income analysis, asset analysis and valuation, non-marital tracing, and spousal maintenance issues.
