Introduction

Beckie is a Senior Paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. She assists clients with the formation of business organizations, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and financings.

Before joining Fredrikson & Byron, Beckie was the Senior Contracts Manager for Aquent LLC, handling the legal work for more than 30 regional branches.
