Introduction

Dipak is a patent agent in the Intellectual Property Group experienced in medical devices, software, business methods, mechanical, and electro-mechanical arts. He has extensive experience in intellectual property counseling including prosecuting patent applications as well as directly interacting with corporate counsel and innovators in obtaining, clarifying, and evaluating invention disclosures and drafting applications. In addition, Dipak is an accomplished applied research and development engineer and patentee with a strong and sustained record of innovations and technical achievements.

During his engineering career with a prominent international corporation, Dipak initiated the establishment of a Technology Center in Asia, actively participated in assessing the viability of a Technology Center in Europe and an International Center of Excellence for Cooling and Refrigeration, and spearheaded several product development projects for international business units. As such, he is acutely aware of and experienced in securing international intellectual property rights.
