Introduction
Amy is a paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Litigation Group. She is responsible for all aspects of litigation support including, but not limited to: drafting discovery responses and other legal documents; investigating the factual basis of claims; locating, gathering and summarizing client and third-party documents for purposes of discovery and fact-finding; implementing and managing large document databases; communicating with clients, experts and witnesses as necessary; coordinating the exchange of information with co-counsel, litigation support personnel and outside vendors; preparing for trial and trial support; and performing legal research and citation verification.
