Introduction
Chelsea is a paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Litigation Group. She is responsible for all aspects of litigation support including electronic discovery, document management, drafting and filing court documents, gathering information, and trial assistance. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Chelsea represented many clients at a large New York law firm and has a strong background in legal technologies. Chelsea attends night school at William Mitchell College of Law and is second in her class. She served as a summer associate at Fredrikson & Byron in 2011.

- Assisted at a trial that successfully defended a world wide producer, distributor, and marketer of fresh produce against charges of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Helped defend the world’s former largest investment bank and securities trading firm against market timing allegations; managed over 2.5 million discovery documents and complied with ongoing Securities and Exchange Commission investigations for this matter.
- Assisted with defending a major American financial services company in an intellectual property dispute against claims of software-related trade secret misappropriation.
- Helped defend the fifth largest U.S. wireless telecommunications company in a shareholder’s litigation.
- Assisted with defending the world’s largest chain of fast food restaurants against insider trading allegations made by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Helped defend two large international banks against claims of funding terrorist activity in a large and complex litigation arising under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
- Assisted with representing indigent clients on a pro bono basis in various employment, immigration, and family law matters.
