Introduction
Kelly is a senior paralegal in the Real Estate Group at Fredrikson & Byron. She assists the real estate attorneys with all aspects of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, financings and sales, including the analysis and preparation of conveyancing and loan documents, due diligence investigations, resolution of title and survey matters and coordination of closings. She also assists with leasing, property investigations, administrative and governmental proceedings, workouts and other real estate matters.
