Introduction
Jeanne is a paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Real Estate Group. She provides assistance to attorneys on residential and commercial conveyances, probate and trust transfers, resolution of title and survey matters, mechanic’s lien, estate planning, title clearance actions, and coordination of closings. Jeanne also prepares and analyzes conveyance documents, investigates title matters, and organizes and prepares due diligence materials.
