Introduction
Pam began work at Fredrikson & Byron in 1993, first as a Staff Recruiter in the Human Resource Department, then as a Paralegal in the Litigation Group. Pam became Fredrikson’s part-time pro bono coordinator in 1997 and full-time pro bono/community service coordinator in 2006.

Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Pam coordinates Fredrikson & Byron’s Pro Bono Program by working with community organizations to help identify areas of need for pro bono legal services and matches those needs with volunteer lawyers within the firm. Pam also works with lawyers to identify specific areas of interest relating to pro bono work.
Community Service
Pam also works with staff and lawyers to coordinate Fredrikson & Byron’s Community Service Program. Through this program, volunteers in the Volunteer Reading Program read with first grade students at Whittier School for the Arts, participate in Habitat for Humanity and volunteer at Sharing & Caring Hands. Pam also oversees the disbursements of funds and the distribution of gifts for Friends of Fredrikson.
