Introduction

As Fredrikson & Byron’s Director of Human Resources, Tammy has over 25 years of human resource experience. She oversees all aspects of human resources including: compensation and benefits; policy development and administration; employee relations; performance management including staffing, training and development, recruiting, EEO, payroll, and personnel records management.

Tammy joined Fredrikson & Byron in 1998. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Tammy spent 12 years at North Memorial Health Care in a variety of human resource positions.
