Business & Tax Attorney - Fredrikson has an opportunity for a lawyer to join our highly regarded Business and Tax Department. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with distinguished academic credentials, exceptional legal analysis and writing abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills. The right candidate has 4 – 10 years of experience in corporate tax practice with a major law firm or in a comparable setting.  In addition, to a solid corporate tax experience, tax consulting or tax litigation experience would be beneficial. We are looking for an individual with an LLM, MBT, or CPA.

Associate Attorney - Fredrikson & Byron has an opportunity available to join our expanding Corporate and Securities Departments. We seek to add an associate with 3+ years experience representing public and private companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, other commercial transactions, and general corporate law. Experience with securities law compliance is also desired. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills along with strong academic/professional credentials are essential.
