We all know that ongoing legal education is essential to success in our profession, but sometimes we forget that the practice of law is also an entrepreneurial business that requires training in a variety of disciplines.

Fredrikson University is designed to help our staff develop and sharpen their skills in a wide variety of areas relating to the practice of law: business development, firm administration procedures, client service issues, etc. Our goal with the Fredrikson University curriculum is to supplement technical expertise with skills that will help our people to develop professionally and to work more efficiently and successfully.

The programs are structured in a way that enable participants to build their skill base as they grow and develop. Select "core" coursework that takes you through some of the building blocks or choose from specialized classes in areas that are of particular interest to you. You will gain insights from seasoned outside experts with years of experience, supplemented by practical, real life tips from members of the firm.
