- Our lawyers interview students during our on-campus date.
- Once the on-campus interviews are completed, the Hiring Chair reviews the resume and discusses the interviews with the on-campus lawyer.
- Callbacks are determined. Direct contact and a letter is made with students who are invited in for extended interviews.
- For students who are not called back, we send out a thank you letters to other students for their time and interest in our Firm.
- The students invited for extended interviews contact Greta Larson, our Manager of Legal Recruiting, to scheduled their visit.
- Interview information is sent out electronically to the students a few days prior to their interview date in our office.
- The Hiring Committee makes offer decisions within two weeks of the students visit.
- Once offers are made, Fredrikson & Byron abides by the NALP guidelines for students to make their decision whether or not to join us for the summer.
