Summer Associates Training Culture Salary How to Apply

Salary Overview

Our starting base salary for associates is $110,000. Associates who exceed 1,775 chargeable hours in our system earn a production bonus for every creditable hour worked in excess of 1,775. For example, a beginning associate earns a base salary of $110,000 but will earn approximately $118,906 if the associate hits 1,900 creditable hours.

Associates receive credit toward Par for many pro bono and management hours. However, to be eligible for a production bonus, an associate must have 1,775 chargeable hours. Then, the bonus is calculated based on the associate’s creditable hours, which includes credit for pro bono and management time.

Associate bonuses are paid out on June 1 each year.
