9th Annual Minnesota Cup Competition

Fredrikson & Byron’s Life Sciences Group is proud to sponsor the Health Science & IT Division of the 9th annual Minnesota Cup Competition. The Minnesota Cup encourages the development of breakthrough ideas from across the state. Since 2005, the Minnesota Cup has attracted over 7,000 entries and is now the largest new venture competition in the country.

Minnesota residents had until May 17 to submit entries on the Minnesota Cup website to compete for $200,000 in prize money. Entrepreneurs advancing in the competition will have the opportunity to advance business ideas, gain exposure, learn about resources available to entrepreneurs, be paired with mentors, meet members of the Cup’s review board — and win cash prizes if their idea is judged to be among the best entries.

Rock the Garden– June 15, 2013

Fredrikson & Byron is proud to be returning as co-sponsor of Rock the Garden, presented by the Walker Art Center and Minnesota Public Radio’s 89.3 The Current. On Saturday, June 15, 2013, Rock the Garden 2013 will include performances by local and prominent indie artists, with a line-up to include Low, Bob Mould, Silversun Pickups and Metric. Concert-goers will have the opportunity to indulge their inner foodie, with tents and trucks from local restaurants and watering holes, and also peruse the world-famous sculpture garden, celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
