Pretending to be Laura Ingalls Wilder many years ago, Heather knew she wanted to be an actress. Heather became a founding member and actor of Sandbox Theatre. She loves acting because it’s inspiring, challenging, and thrilling being a part of every single aspect of putting together a Sandbox show – and to share that with an audience, she believes, is mind blowing. It also gives her a great sense of accomplishment and fills her need to push herself beyond any standards that she sets for herself. Because the Sandbox Theatre is a collaborative company, Heather has become used to working in small groups, along with being able to give and receive constructive feedback. It has further enhanced her people skills, teamwork, and refined her communication skills.
