Thomas Steichen Joins Fredrikson & Byron

Minneapolis, MN September 23, 2005 – Thomas Steichen has joined Fredrikson & Byron as an officer in the firm’s Corporate and Securities groups.

Steichen will assist and represent clients in a wide range of business matters, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, compliance with SEC requirements and corporate formation and governance. He earned his J.D. degree magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law and previously was vice president and senior corporate counsel of U.S. Bank National Association’s Corporate Trust Services division. He completed his undergraduate work at Marquette University.
