Fredrikson & Byron Welcomes Renewable Energy Attorney

Minneapolis, MN May 29, 2007 – – Fredrikson & Byron is pleased to announce that Todd Taylor has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office. Todd is an officer in Fredrikson’s Corporate, Securities and Renewable Energy groups, where he focuses his practice in the areas of business law, private placements, venture and other forms of financing, mergers and acquisitions, and renewable fuels law. His renewable fuels practice includes ethanol, biodiesel, biobutenal, as well as biomass and gasification. With eight years of experience representing developers, builders, consultants, and others in the renewable energy industry, Todd complements Fredrikson’s wind energy and ethanol expertise. Todd received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and was nominated a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine in 2005 and 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Todd practiced with Rider Bennett in Minneapolis.
