Crystal also has expertise in litigation matters involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). She represents plan administrators and fiduciaries in disputes with their plan participants and stop-loss and excess coverage insurance carriers, as well as plan participants seeking benefits.

Alexander Rosenstein -- Alex has represented private and public companies and investors in private equity and venture capital financing transactions, stock offerings, debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Alex also has experience with a variety of entertainment law matters, including representation of writers, actors, directors, and producers in connection with film, television, and theatre projects.

Thomas Steichen – Tom’s work involves a variety of business matters, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, compliance with SEC requirements, corporate formation and governance, and assisting clients on various regulatory and compliance issues concerning federal and state investment adviser regulation and federal investment company regulation.

Teresa Thompson – Teresa has significant experience defending retaliation claims brought under the Minnesota Whistleblower’s Act, the workers’ compensation statute, and state and federal civil rights laws. She has litigated claims of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination (age, disability, gender, and race), defamation, and FLSA and FMLA violations. Teresa works affirmatively on behalf of businesses to enforce confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and other commercial contracts.
