Fredrikson & Byron Hires Two Title Examination Attorneys

Minneapolis, MN January 3, 2008 – – Fredrikson & Byron has hired two Title Examination Attorneys in its Minneapolis office. 

Jason Cassady focuses on oil and mineral rights and title examination. Jason also works closely with our North Dakota office. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Jason practiced law for six years in Iowa.

Robert Corey concentrates in examination of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, title examination, location, acquisition, development, leasing, management, financing, and disposition. Bob has over 20 years of experience representing national and regional retailers and lenders, multi-unit franchisees, and developers, including over 220 big-box retail chain stores, regional shopping centers, major office buildings, and mixed use industrial parks. In addition, Bob also has experience in federal and state environmental matters, including service as managing trustee of a USEPA Superfund site remediation and cost recovery project.
