Fredrikson & Byron Announces New Advertising, Marketing & Trademark Law Group
Minneapolis, MN March 27, 2008 – – Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. has announced the creation of its new Advertising, Marketing & Trademark Law Group, chaired by veteran advertising and trademark attorney Stephen Bergerson. Bergerson, who previously co-chaired the firm’s Advertising, Media & Entertainment Law Group, has pulled together a new group of like-minded lawyers with creative backgrounds who bring together a rare combination of creative experience, expertise, and empathy.
“We understand and respect the creativity that goes into developing ads and selecting trademarks,” he said, “so when we work with clients, the word ‘no’ is a word of last resort.” Bergerson says the group knows where creatives are coming from, which gives them a ‘can-do’ attitude. “We’re here to help clients get where they want to go, not to get in their way.”
