Fredrikson & Byron Lobbyist Shep Harris to Moderate Presidential Election Forum
July 16 Forum to feature state leadership for McCain and Obama campaigns, will focus on Jewish and Senior Citizens’ Issues
Minneapolis, MN July 15, 2008 – – Shep Harris, lobbyist in Fredrikson & Byron’s Government Relations Group, will moderate a 2008 Presidential Election Forum for Jewish and Senior Citizens’ issues. The Forum is hosted by the Sabes Jewish Community Center (JCC) and is open to the public. Panelists will include:
- Ben Golnik – North Mountain Regional Campaign Manager for the John McCain 2008 Campaign
- Jeff Blodgett – Minnesota State Director of the Barack Obama Campaign
- Ethan Roberts – Director of the Twin Cities Jewish Community Government Affairs Program at the JCRC
- Shep Harris (Moderator) – Lobbyist, Government Relations Group at the law firm of Fredrikson & Byron
The Forum will cover issues of concern to Jewish and Senior Citizen constituents. Topics may include long-term care, Israel and the Mid-East, Health care coverage and costs, and Church-State separation.
