Sam Orbovich Joins Fredrikson & Byron
Minneapolis, MN October 6, 2008 – – Samuel D. Orbovich has joined the law firm of Fredrikson & Byron as an attorney in the firm’s Health Law group. His practice focuses on legal issues facing Medicaid and Medicare providers, including nursing facilities, Medicaid waiver providers, assisted living facilities, hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other licensed health professionals. Sam’s experience with those clients includes litigation before civil trial and appellate courts and federal and state administrative agencies, as well as advice on regulatory, contract, employment, reimbursement, and Vulnerable Adults Act issues. He has served as “general counsel” to many of his health care clients, who rely on his depth of knowledge to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective way to handle day-to-day matters. Sam received his J.D. degree from Capital University and his B.A. degree from Denison University.
