Fredrikson & Byron Announces New Board of Directors

Minneapolis, MN November 9, 2009 – – Fredrikson & Byron has elected William Brody and David Glaser and reelected Ann Ladd and Clint Cutler to serve on its Board of Directors. They join Steve Dickinson, John Erhart, John Koneck, Mary Ranum, and John Satorius, who are currently serving board terms.

Jim Dorsey, Bert Ranum, and Todd Wind, President, were reelected to the Fredrikson & Byron Foundation Board of Directors, joining current officers Dave Bunde and Sue Steinwall, Vice President and Secretary.

Glaser, board Secretary, is a shareholder and practices in the Health Law Group. Brody is a shareholder in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group.
