Fredrikson & Byron Attorney David Sellergren Named to UMore Development Board
Minneapolis, MN January 5, 2010 – – Fredrikson & Byron attorney David Sellergren was appointed by The University of Minnesota Board of Regents to serve as a member of the Board of Governors for the UMore Development Limited Liability Company (LLC). The Board of Governors will provide oversight and management of planning and development of the university’s 5,000-acre property in Dakota County.
The vision for UMore Park is to create a sustainable community for 20,000 to 30,000 people over the next 25 to 30 years. The plan for this new, sustainable community integrates environmental, socio-cultural and economic opportunities with a specific focus on innovations in renewable energy, education and lifelong learning, health and wellness, the natural environment and regional economic development.
