Jeff Erb Joins Fredrikson & Byron
Minneapolis, MN June 30, 2010 – – Jeff Erb has joined Fredrikson & Byron as an Officer in the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital, Corporate, Securities, and Investment Management practice areas.
Erb practiced in the Corporate and Securities Groups at Fredrikson & Byron for seven years before serving for the past three years as in-house legal counsel to a registered investment advisor managing a global, top-30 (based on assets under management) hedge fund platform. Erb’s background allows him to provide insightful practical investment management advice and have a deeper understanding of advisors’ concerns. Erb earned his J.D. degree with high distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law. He completed his undergraduate work in accounting with highest distinction at The University of Iowa and previously worked as a certified public accountant at “big four” accounting firm.
