Fredrikson & Byron Attorney Loan T. Huynh Appointed to
Board of Trustees of American Immigration Council (AIC)
Minneapolis, MN July 28, 2010 – – Fredrikson & Byron is pleased to announce that Loan T. Huynh has been appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council beginning July 2010. The Board of Trustees is the primary volunteer leadership body of AIC and develops AIC’s annual plan.
Loan Huynh is a shareholder in the Immigration Group at Fredrikson & Byron. Loan practices exclusively in immigration and nationality law. She has extensive experience in employment and family based immigration, worksite enforcement and corporate compliance (I-9, E-verify, and ICE/DOL audits), and H2A agricultural and H2B nonagricultural workers. She has a particular focus representing clients in agribusiness, biotechnology, energy, healthcare, software, and other high-tech sectors, education, research, financial services, and manufacturing.
