Fredrikson & Byron Attorney Clinton E. Cutler Receives
2010 Raeder Larson Public Service Award


Minneapolis, MN August 11, 2010 – – In recognition of his outstanding pro bono efforts, the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association presented Clinton E. Cutler with its Raeder Larson Public Service Award on July 20, 2010. Clint was nominated for the award by Volunteer Lawyer’s Network. VLN noted that he has served approximately 750 pro bono clients throughout his career.

Clint Cutler is a shareholder and Chair of Fredrikson & Byron’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts Group, practicing primarily in the areas of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation. Clint specializes in representing companies reorganizing or liquidating under the Bankruptcy Code or in out of court workouts and liquidations. Clint is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification. Clint also represents debtors and creditors in all aspects of state law proceedings of debtor creditor law such as garnishment, attachment, and claim and delivery. He works with banks and other lenders on UCC issues and lender liability matters.
