Cameron Seybolt Elected Fellow of
American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
Minneapolis, MN December 3, 2010 – – Fredrikson & Byron is proud to announce that Cameron Seybolt has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a professional association consisting of approximately 2,700 lawyers from throughout the United States. Fellows of the college, nominated by other fellows in their geographic area, are elected based on professional reputation, ability in the fields of trusts and estates, and on the basis of having made substantial contributions to these fields through lecturing, writing, teaching and bar activities.
Seybolt is a shareholder in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group. He assists individuals, families and privately held companies with a wide variety of business, tax and estate planning matters. He also works with the trial lawyers of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Litigation, Family Law, and Tax Disputes & Litigation groups on disputed matters involving trusts, estates, prenuptial agreements, family businesses and IRS audits.
