$200 Million Acquisition of Lancaster Laboratories, Inc.

Minneapolis, MN March 3, 2011 – – Fredrikson & Byron acted as legal counsel for Eurofins Scientific SE in its agreement to acquire Lancaster Laboratories, Inc. (Lancaster, PA, USA) from Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. (Waltham, MA, USA). The acquisition is for approximately US$200m, subject to post-closing adjustments. Attorney Steve Dickinson led the legal team, which also included Fredrikson attorneys Barbara Müller and Amber Brown.
