Fredrikson & Byron Represents Craig-Hallum Capital Group in Datalink Corporation Public Offering

Minneapolis, MN March 25, 2011 – – Fredrikson & Byron served as legal counsel for underwriter Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC in the recent underwritten public offering of 4,266,500 shares of common stock by Datalink Corporation and a selling shareholder. Canaccord Genuity Inc. was a joint book-running manager for the offering. Ryan Brauer led the Fredrikson legal team, which also included Fredrikson lawyers Elizabeth Dunshee and Andrew Nick.
