Health Care Lawyer Heather Campbell
Joins Fredrikson & Byron’s Iowa Office
Minneapolis, MN January 3, 2012 – – Heather Campbell has joined Fredrikson & Byron as an officer in the Health Care and Corporate Groups. She will practice primarily out of the firm’s Des Moines, Iowa office. Campbell’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive transaction advice to clients in the health care fields, with issues relating to regulatory compliance, complex transactions involving physician-hospital relationships, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and negotiating of contracts with health care payors.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Campbell was the assistant general counsel for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, providing advice and support for regulatory compliance, contracting, and appeal processes. Previously, she was in private practice with a large national law firm and also worked as a registered nurse.
