Minneapolis, MN January 4, 2012 – – Fredrikson & Byron attorney David Sellergren has been inducted into Midwest Real Estate News Magazine’s 2011 Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. Honoring the most accomplished commercial professionals in the business, the award recognizes more than 50 of the industry’s top names. This is the second class of inductees into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame and will be featured in the December issue of Midwest Real Estate News Magazine. David Sellergren is the preeminent land use and development lawyer in the Twin Cities. He has nearly 40 years of experience in land use and development, environmental law, development financing, housing, redevelopment, state and local government law, and real estate transactions. He is a frequent speaker and educator, serving as an Adjunct Professor, Law and Urban Land Use, at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota.
