Fredrikson & Byron Attorney Clinton Cutler Inducted
into The American College of Bankruptcy
Minneapolis, MN March 22, 2012 – – Fredrikson & Byron is pleased to announce that Clinton E. Cutler, shareholder and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts Group, was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Bankruptcy on March 16, 2012, in Washington, D.C. Cutler is one of 36 nominees honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency.
Cutler practices primarily in the areas of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation.
