Fredrikson & Byron Attorney Clinton Cutler Inducted
into The American College of Bankruptcy
Minneapolis, MN March 22, 2012 – – Fredrikson & Byron is pleased to announce that Clinton E. Cutler, shareholder and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts Group, was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Bankruptcy on March 16, 2012, in Washington, D.C. Cutler is one of 36 nominees honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency.
Cutler practices primarily in the areas of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation. He specializes in representing companies reorganizing or liquidating under the Bankruptcy Code or in out of court workouts and liquidations. Cutler is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification. Cutler is also a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
