(BDI), one of the leading seed and plant-tissue testing laboratories serving the agricultural industry in the U.S. The addition of BDI into Eurofins' growing footprint in food and agricultural testing in the U.S. demonstrates the Group's commitment in the domestic market. BDI's capabilities, as well as its geographical market, perfectly complement Eurofins' existing footprint. In return, BDI will gain access to the latest technologies in genetic testing and other analytical methods, as well as all of the Group's technical know-how.
