Physicians and other practitioners are increasingly interested in how to structure their Medicare and Medicaid case mix in light of falling reimbursement rates. Members of the Health Law Group will discuss the practical and legal aspects of tools to address case mix issues, including but not limited to special scheduling for Medicare or Medicaid patients, opting-out of Medicare, concierge care, discounting and charity care and retail clinics.
