We are looking to add a lawyer with at least three years of experience as a trademark attorney in a law firm or corporation. We seek a highly-motivated individual with distinguished academic credentials, exceptional analytical abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills who is comfortable working with and advising business clients directly. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing trademark availability search and clearance opinions; managing foreign counsel in trademark applications, prosecution, and disputes; enforcing trademarks through cease & desist letters; resolving infringement claims; and crafting related agreements. Copyright and/or TTAB experience is a plus.
