Seminar Agenda & Details

Program Update:

While we had hoped to host our annual employment law seminars in Minneapolis, Bismarck, Des Moines and Fargo in-person this year, the health and safety of our clients and colleagues is of utmost concern to us. With that in mind, our planning team has decided to pivot to an online format again for 2021. With this change, our event dates are shifting to Tuesday, October 26 and Thursday, October 28, with programming from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. each day.

Gear up for increased productivity and improved employee well-being. Upgrade your workplace with legal and practical guidance on topics like accommodations, vaccination policies, managing remote workers and more.

Offered online in a two half-day format with additional content available on-demand, Fredrikson & Byron’s Annual Employment & Labor Law Seminar will equip you with strategies and solutions to reframe your policies and practices for today’s employment realities. We will also provide federal and state updates and dig into classics including litigation, termination and compensation. You’ll leave sharper and ready to shape the future.

Committed to rebuilding a better workplace? Join us this fall.
