The nature of the security threat is continually evolving. On February 10, 2021, Steve Helland was chair of the panel "The Nature of the Security Threat – Trends and Developments in 2021 – And Lessons Learned" at the 2021 Midwest Legal Conference on Data Privacy & Security. Panelists Shena Crowe, Special Agent, FBI, and David O’Neil, Arctic Wolf, described and debated the most substantial threats, engage in myth-busting and answer questions from the field. They also described best practices, practices to avoid and lessons learned.
