New DOL Salary Requirements for Exempt Employees

On June 14, 2016, attorneys from Fredrikson’s Employment & Labor group presented on the DOL’s new regulations raising the minimum salary for “exempt” employees. These regulations take effect on December 1, 2016. Presenters Ingrid Culp, Krista Hatcher, Mary Krakow, Anne Radolinski and Ashley Thronson walked attendees through what covered employers need to do now to be prepared.
