On June 8, 2017, John Pickerill participated in a panel discussion on how technology and innovation are shaping the customer experience. The panel explored how brands are innovating with attempts at predictive analytics and self-directed content and how these may be regulated in the future. The program addressed how these digital solutions are providing opportunities for companies and the legal issues they raise, including risks to copyright and trademark protections.
