Overview
The Stark law is complicated, but it is possible to explain it in plain English. This session will offer options physicians and hospitals can use for their compensation formula that comply with Stark, and also explore how Stark impacts every relationship between physicians and hospitals. The webinar will open with an overview of how Stark works, including the most commonly used exceptions.
Accreditation
We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. Please contact Greta Larson at glarson@fredlaw.com if you are an attorney licensed in another state and would like information about obtaining CLE accreditation. We have also applied for Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits. Webinar participants will be notified of accreditation upon program approval of CLE and HCCA credits (typically three or four weeks following the webinar).
