Health Law Webinar—Legal Issues Associated with Medical Coding and Billing
Hosted By: Fredrikson & Byron’s Health Law Group
Presenter: David Glaser

Can a payor tell you to use a particular code even if the service seems to fit a different code? Can you rely on an insurer’s payment of a claim as proof that your coding was correct?
Our May 11, 2022, Health Law Webinar presented a basic overview of the regulatory framework for governmental and private payors. It began with a basic introduction of the issues and concluded with some of the more common questions we get.
